Liv

A back-office assistant for a business of one, by FlyHi.

Liv is for people who run a real company on their own: contractors, producers, consultants, studios. It takes care of the parts of the business that are not the work itself.

What Liv does

• Files your receipts. Photograph one, or forward it by email, and Liv reads it and files it to the right account in your books.
• Watches your invoices. Liv knows who owes you and how late they are, and drafts the follow-up for you to send.
• Answers questions about your money in plain words: what came in, what is already committed, and what is actually safe to spend.
• Keeps your to-do list and syncs it with the tracker you already use.
• Sends you a short update each morning, so you start the day knowing where things stand.

How it connects

You sign in with your Google or email account, then connect the tools you already use (QuickBooks for your books, Todoist or Notion for your list) with a single click on their own consent screen. Liv never asks you for a password or an API key, and you can disconnect anything at any time from your own screen.

Nothing goes out without you

Liv proposes and a person approves. Every message, every invoice and every entry into your books waits for you to say yes. For your first week Liv sends nothing at all: it watches, drafts, and shows you on Friday what it would have done.
